NEWBORN SESSION FAQ'S
When should I book my newborn photography session?
The best time to book your newborn photography session is during your second trimester. Booking early helps secure availability around your due date.
We usually schedule your session for around one week after your due date, and adjust if your baby arrives earlier or later.
Newborns are typically photographed between 5 and 15 days old, when they sleep more deeply and settle easily into those beautiful curled poses.
If your baby has already arrived and you haven’t booked yet, please still get in touch — we will always try our best to fit you into our calendar.
Where do newborn sessions take place?
Most newborn sessions take place in our fully equipped studio, where we carefully control temperature and comfort to keep your baby safe and relaxed.
The studio is prepared with:
• warm temperature suitable for newborns
• changing facilities
• snacks and refreshments for parents
Natural newborn sessions can also be done in the comfort of your home.
How long does a newborn session take?
Session length depends on your baby’s needs.
Classic newborn sessions usually take 2–3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, settling and cuddles.
Natural newborn sessions are more relaxed and typically take around 1 hour.
